  1. If you're a current member of our app, VERA, and want to participate in the challenge, we would love to have you! Please note your current autoflow (habit tracking + task lists) will be ended + moved to the challenge-specific flow. You will not lose any of your progress tracking data (photos, nutrition, weight, measurements, etc)! We will manually move you back over to your standard app autoflow once the Fall challenge ends.
  2. If you selected the VIP option with the consultation, you must complete your onboarding form, found in your confirmation email after purchase, no later than September 10th, 2025 to receive your comprehensive nutrition protocol review from coach Em by the challenge start date, September 15th, 2025. Clients who submit their onboarding form after September 10th will be subject to a 7 business day turnaround time. Onboarding forms submitted after September 15th will not receive a consultation and no refund will be offered.

  4. This program is not a 1:1 coaching program. If purchased, you will receive your comprehensive nutrition review from Em at the beginning of the challenge, but the challenge itself is not a 1:1 coaching program.
